Understanding COVID-19 Vaccination Perception

Overview

In a continued effort to combat COVID-19 we are all being asked to get vaccinated. The vaccination effort is evergreen – this means that anyone can get their 1^st, 2^nd or Booster dose when eligible.

This survey aims to understand what residents of Birmingham think about the vaccination. Please take a few minutes to complete this short survey. Birmingham City Council values your opinion.

The data collected through the survey is anonymous, so you cannot be identified from what you have said.

We plan to publish the findings from the survey at a population rather than an individual level (for example in tables or graphs using summary results) and any quotes used from answers will remain anonymous. 

While Birmingham City Council feel that the questions we have asked in this survey are anonymous and would not place you at risk of being identified as an individual, we will ensure that if any data is provided that creates such a risk we will process as per our privacy statement.
