The Guidance Note is sent to all Association Secretaries to be used for future banking. Next Steps - To ensure that training is given within our Training Workshops for Allotment Associations on the best practise for the collecting rent on our behalf.

1. Working with a group of association members who regularly bank rent money on our behalf, has enabled us to compile a Guidance Note for all our Associations on the safe handling of cash.

2.  We did find that the focus group already had excellent procedures in place, which we have also added to the Guidance Note as good practice to share with other Associations.
