Bereavement Services Service User Questionnaire 2017 (Quarter 3)

We will do everything practicable to ensure that the service offered by Bereavement Services is satisfactory and meets our service user requirements.  Please tell us your comments/suggestions relating to the service.

You said that the sound system at Yardley Crematorium was not loud enough.

We did: We had the sound system inspected and adjusted.

You said that it there is not much shelter under the canopy at Lodge Hill

We did: We provide a waiting room opposite the chapel and umbrellas have been made available for general use if required.

You said: The cost of the service is very high

We did: The fees for 2017 have not been increased in 2018

Results

204 responses were obtained from the consultation.  There were a lot of positive comments in relation to the service and the overall level of satisfaction was 99% from those who responded to this question.  Any actions arising from this consultation have been put into an action tracker and will be progressed separately.
