There were 18 results obtained from the consultation, all of which responded to their levels of satisfaction with aspects of the service. The responses identified 100% overall satisfaction with the service. The main causes of concerns was in relation to the level of fees which in their view were too expensive and a number of service improvements in relation to the service currently provided.
