This survey is to evaluate knowledge level of staff on E Services provided by the Library of Birmingham. This is to understand what staff know on how to advise customers on our eBook and eAudio collection. 

Why your views matter

To understand the training need of staff at the Library of Birmingham. Giving me an overview and levels of knoweldge. This will allow me to tailor training according to the needs of the staff. 

What happens next

The resutlts will be used to assess a bench mark for training. It will also be used as check list on acheived training and refresher training in 3 months.
