Following the consultation, we will proceeding with the proposed scheme 

 

Construction works will commence on site on Monday, 11th January and estimated to be completed in 12 weeks. 

 

There will be some necessary closures of park entrances and certain facilities during this period to enable a safe working environment to be maintained.

Overview

We are proposing to reorganise the footpath arrangement in Highgate Park to improve accessibility for visitors. This will be accompanied with new tree planting and a reduction in the expanse of tarma. We will be resurfacing the main access routes with bound chippings.
