Overview
Birmingham City Council has to produce by law, a statement of licensing policy every five years. Our last policy was published in 2015 and we have now produced the attached proposed policy which we intend to publish in December 2020. The council invites comments in relation to the statement, prior to the publication of the final document.
Why your views matter
The current version of the Policy is now being reviewed, and an important part of this process is consultation. See attached draft revised Policy.
What happens next
Following the Consultation a final version of the Statement of Licensing Policy will be presented to Licensing and Public Protection Committee for comments prior to full ratification by the City Council.
