We asked the activities you would like to undertake in the park and in the new play areas. We received 4 responses and these responses will form our detail design and activities will be proposed within the park. All 4 responders supported the construction of the new park and the concept proposals.

Overview

Birmingham City Council carried out consultation with local residents and local children in 2015 to identify what community would like to see in the new park proposed at Primrose Estate.

Based on the results of these consultations, we prepared a layout plan for the new park, please see attached layout plan for further information.

New Park will be located west of Ark Rose Primary Academy. Subject to all approvals, we estimate the construction work for the park to start in Spring/Summer 2021.

It is intended that the new park will include a new play area for children age up to 14 years old, outdoor gym area, multi use games area and picnic area.
