A consultation on customer confidence with businesses in Birmingham

Why your views matter

We want to evaluate the effectiveness of our services in protecting the citizens of Birmingham through our regulation activities. 

THe answers to this consultation will assist us in measuring this.

What happens next

We will feed the results to the Heads of Service of Environmental Health, Trading Standards and Licensing so that they can guage the impact of their regulatory activities on the business environment in the city.
