We asked
We asked customers what they thought of our events and how they can be improved.
You said
Most of the comments made were about the Christmas Markets. The majority of people enjoy the Christmas Markets. Others commented that they are too overcrowded, overpriced and a lot of products duplicated.
We did
We discuss crowd management at Safety Advisory Group meetings and with Security. A one way system is now implemented on busy days, and more security staff placed in the markets. Stall layouts are monitored to make access easier. A selction process is in place for traders at the Craft Market. This lessens the chance of duplicated products and allows us to look carefully at the quality and cost of products being sold.
