Overview

This survey is for care leavers who have moved into their first independent home that is owned by Birmingham City Council (BCC).  (If you have not moved into BCC owned property please do not answer this survey).

Our homes are one of the most important things in our lives. We want to make sure that care leavers have a good experience when finding and moving for properties, and that properties are in the right condition and have everything they should have in them.

This is your opportunity to tell us about how you found the process of finding a BCC property, bidding for it, viewing it, moving in, sorting out any repairs and telling us overall how happy and satisfied you are with it.  By answering this survey you also have the chance to enter a prize draw to win.

Survey Deadline 6th May 2021

By entering into this survey we are giving you 2 fantastic opportunities – get your views heard and be entered into a prize draw with the chance of winning:

(prizes)

  1. 1st Prize- Amazon Kindle
  2. 2nd and 3rd Prizes- Love2shop Vouchers

We are also giving a £15 voucher to everyone who takes part in an additional 1-1 phone interview with us.

The online survey will take between 10 and 20 mins to complete, with follow up phone interviews being 30 minutes.  Both are confidential.

If you want to enter the Prize Draw and/or have a telephone interview please put down your contact details so we can get in touch.

What happens next

Your feedback will be used to assess the current local offer of housing support to young people in Birmingham, this will be shared with the organisation so we can review what we can do to improve your experience.
