Tangmere Drive - proposed controlled pedestrian and cycle crossing
Results updated 8 Aug 2023
The enhanced pedestrian and cycle crossing scheme on Tangmere Drive was completed in July 2023.
The existing cycling lanes were integrated into the design enabling both pedestrians and cyclists to use the crossing point to link the housing on the eastern side of Tangmere Drive with the facilities on the western side of Tangmere Drive.
The scheme was funded through the Better Streets Community Fund by Birmingham City Council in conjunction with Transport for West Midlands.
