Birmingham Safeguarding Children Board (BSCB) Website

Overview

Birmingham Safeguarding Children Board (BSCB) is developing a new safeguarding information website.

We need your help in answering a short survey about the current website. We would like to gather responses from all users of the site, whether you use it as a professional (social worker, teacher, frontline worker etc), or as a parent or carer, or in any capacity.

We are also looking for volunteers to get involved in further user research to help shape the new website and there is the option at the end of the survey to add your email address if you would like to be involved. Thank you.

Why your views matter

As the BSCB work towards the new Multi-Agency Safeguarding Arrangements, we are keen to hear your views on the current website to make the new website user friendly.

What happens next

Once the deadline for completing the survey has closed, we will review all responses.  We will make contact with those who would like to get involved with the further research to shape the new website.
