Help us plan your Preparation for Adulthood events!

Overview

As visiting teachers of young people who are deaf, have physical difficulties or are vision impaired, we are keen to know how we can improve helping you prepare for life after school.

This survey is for young people (from Year 9 up) and their parents or carers, to individually complete, so we can gather together your thoughts and ideas.

We will then use your thoughts and ideas to make sure the events we plan are designed the way you want them to be.

Why your views matter

We would like to offer events that are useful, accessible and help empower you with the information you need to make ambitious, achieveable plans when preparing for adulthood.

We are asking the students we work with and their parents to share their thoughts so that we can factor these into our event planning and deliver what you need.
