Overview

Birmingham City Council is consulting on the following proposal for  Kings Heath Boys' School;

Enlargement to  the premises of a school by expansion

The current admission number for the School is 120. The proposed admission number is 168.

The School has taken up to an additional 48 pupils in Year 7 in September 2019 and September 2020.

Birmingham City Council are consulting on proposals to enlarge the premises of the school to enable the admission number to increase to 168 on a permanent basis from September 2021. If the proposals are approved the overall capacity of the school will be 840 by September 2023.

During this time anyone who wishes to make comments/objections about this proposal should do so via this survey. The proposal including any comments/objections received will be taken to decision maker for a decision by 22nd December 2020

If the proposal is approved the changes will come into effect as detailed above
