Pupil and School Support Annual Survey 2019

Overview

Pupil and School Support helps children and young people with cognition and learning difficulties to progress and achieve to the best of their abilities.

As part of our continuous improvement of the service that we deliver, we would ask that you spend a short time to provide feedback on the service that you have received over the last academic year.  We estimate this should take no longer than 15 minutes to complete.

As a thank you for your time, all settings returning a fully completed questionnaire, will receive an additional hour of Pupil and School Support time on top of their core allocation for 2019/20.
