Bereavement Services Service User Questionnaire 2015 (Quarter 4)
Feedback updated 12 Apr 2016
We asked
We will do everything practicable to ensure that the service provided by Bereavement Services are satisfactory and meet our service user requirements. Please tell us your comments/suggestions relating to the service
You said
Receiving the memorial information 2 weeks after the funeral is inappropriate - too late to do anything. Needs to be issued prior to the funeral or issued via the FD. There seems a lot of choice - maybe too much
We did
Arranged for the Register Office to sign post families to the Bereavement Services web pages whhich contains details of available memorials ans site contact information
Results updated 12 Apr 2016
148 results were obtained from the consultation. There were alot of positive comments in relation to the service and the overall level of satisfaction was 97%. The actions arising from this consultation have been put into an action tracker and will be progressed separately
