2A. Better toilets at most cemteries & crematoriums

We did

1. The wording for the fee was amended to provide more clarity.

2A. We have updated or refurbished the toilets at Quinton Cemtery, Sutton Coldfield Cemetery, Witton Cemetery and are in the process of reburbishing the toilets at Handsworth Cemtery.

2B. We held Memorial Services at Handswoth Cemetery, Sutton Coldfield Crematorium, Yardley Crematorium, Lodge Hill Crematorium and Kings Norton Cemtery in December 2015.

There were 14 results obtained from the consultation, all of which responded to their levels of satisfaction with aspects of the service.  The responses received identified 99% overall satisfaction with the service.
