2. Yes, due to the restriction on maximum coffin widths that can be accepted.

We did

1. We published these results on our website.

 

2. We have implemented arrangements for the catafalque at Lodge Hill Crematorium to be re-modelled to accept wider coffins.

There were 13 results obtained from the consultation, all of which responded to their levels of satisfaction with aspects of the service.  Comments in relation to  service improvements included extending service times at crematoria.

We have commenced a review of service times with a view to extending where appropriate
