Overview
Birmingham City Council would like to seek your views on potential landscape improvements at Ryland Street. We are proposing a number of enhancements to the park’s facilities, including improvements to the play area which would make it more accessible and inclusive as well as a number of other additional improvements.
We are proposing the following improvements:
- Replacement of broken timber trip rail with 450mm high metal trip rail
- Existing MUGA to be cleaned and linework to be repainted
- Repainting of existing junior swing set
- Repainting of existing springy
- Repainting of existing swing set
- Repainting of existing climbing frame
- Installation of Wicksteed Kifaru Inclusive Multiplay Unit (replacing existing junior climbing frame)
- Installation of Wicksteed Whizzy Inclusive Roundabout (replacing existing roundabout)
- Installation of Jupiter Play Butterfly Inclusive Seesaw (replacing existing seesaw)
- New play equipment to receive synthetic carpeting system
- Replacement of existing interior gate with new easigate
