The Council wishes to carry out consultation on proposals to introduce Selective Licensing for private rented properties in Soho Ward, as part of the Councils approach to improving standards in the private rented sector. If approved it will mean all private landlord property in the designated area will have to have a licence from the Council. The consultation will run from 06 November 2017and close on 28 February 2018.
