The Council wishes to carry out  consultation on proposals to introduce Selective Licensing for private rented properties in Stockland Green Ward, as part of the Councils approach to improving standards in the private rented sector. If approved it will mean all private landlord property in the designated area will have to have a licence from the Council. The consultation will run from 11 September 2017and close on 31 December 2017.
