  • Young Researchers - Health issues for young people in care/care leavers

    Looked after young people/care leavers are taking part in a series of initial consultation groups to inform the development of long-term research projects into health issues affecting this group by Warwick University. Issues which have been explored so far are: immunisation, mental health and transitions from care. The Young people involved are gaining skills in user-led research. More

    On behalf of the Birmingham Carers’ Partnership Board, we have started this consultation because the previous Carers’ Commissioning Strategy – which listed what we were going to do, has now expired and the Board we wishes to create a new strategy that lasts to 2026.
