Overview

Birmingham City Council wants to receive the views of local residents regarding a proposal to regenerate parts of the Bromford Housing estate (mainly land off Bromford Drive, B36).

Why your views matter

The City Council is working with the Environment Agency to improve the existing flood defences for the area.  The new proposals will reduce the size of the existing flood plain and enable the council to develop new housing on cleard ex- housing sites and improve some the public open spaces.

What happens next

The results of the consultations will be reviewed by Council officers, ward councillors and partner organisations.

Feedback will be given by a newsletter distributed to residents before in mid December. Further consultations will take place in relation to specific development proposals during 2019.
