Overview
Due to budget constraints it is not possible to rebuild and replace the old West Heath Library as was. The City Council has adopted a new programme of work called 'Open for Learning' that expects a range of services to be co-located and be delivered from single premises and library services are included in this process. Residents are invited to give their views on Oddingley Hall as the preferred option for providing a library service in the West Heath/Wychall Farm area of the city.
