  • Face to Face Fundraising

    On 1st July Birmingham City Council entered into a voluntary agreement with the Public fundraising Association (PFRA) to regulate the number and behaviour of face to face fundaisers (commonly called 'chuggers') in Birmingham City Centre. Since the agreement began fundraisers have been limited to certain locations. The PFRA has also carried out mystery customer surveys to check the behaviour of fundraisers. More
